Shortcuts marked with Ctrl on Windows use ⌘ Cmd on macOS if a Mac port is installed.
Some shortcuts are configurable in Settings → Keyboard Shortcuts.
Shortcuts are disabled while an annotation text box is in edit mode (to avoid conflicts with typing).
