Application Settings
Open Settings from the left nav or the user menu. Settings split into Application (admin-owned) and User (per-user preferences).
Database

Branding

- PDF default options (which sections, charts, watermarks).
- Draft watermark text.
- Excel export style preset default.
- Report footer template.
Carbon
- Default emission scope (for new emissions).
- Default data quality rating.
- Lock verified rows toggle.
- Default carbon allocation method for apportioned overheads.
Security Policy
- Minimum password length.
- Password complexity requirements.
- Failed login lockout threshold.
- Lockout duration.
- Password rotation interval (optional).
Integrations
- SMTP for email (password reset).
- Shared database host / credentials.
- Master library file drop location (for auto-import).
Updates
- Check for updates on launch (default on).
- Channel: Stable / Beta.
Licensing
- View current licence.
- Activate / deactivate a seat.
- Offline activation code (for air-gapped installs).
Diagnostics
- Log level (Information / Debug / Verbose).
- Log location.
- Crash reporting opt-in.
- Send diagnostic bundle to support.
Admin vs Non-Admin
Most Application Settings require admin permission. Non-admin users see a read-only version.
